What is Kuk Sool Won?
Kuk Sool Won™ is a systematic study of all of the traditional fighting arts, which together comprise the martial arts history of Korea. As a martial arts system, Kuk Sool Won™ is exteremely well-organized; and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established Asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development and traditional weapons training. The following list includes some, but by no means all, of the elements of Kuk Sool Won™.

There are 24 different traditional Korean Royal Court weapons in the curriculum of Kuk Sool Won.
Childrens Classes 6-13 years
Our unique children’s program is designed to teach students far more than how to kick and punch. We are very concerned with the well-being, health, and education of our children. We promote nonviolent resolutions to conflict. Yet we strongly believe a child must develop skills and the ability to defend themselves. Students will develop greater confidence and self-discipline, as they learn how to react to the world around them. Our young students are treated with respect and are taught to return the same respect for others. We believe in praise, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.

From beginners with no previous experience to advanced level martial arts, we will help guide you every step of the way, to give you the ultimate experience in martial art training.
Specialty Classes
There are many unique aspects to explore in martial arts. There might be a desire for one on one instruction. Maybe a specific focus on self-defense is the primary goal. Tailored made instruction is available to give you the ultimate experience in martial art training.
We have offered in the past specific sessions in self-defense, weapons, kicking and punching fundamentals, and meditation. Tailoring this type of training is challenging but is well worth the effort.
Kuk Sool Won School Our school teaches our students the practical application of martial arts. Our student classes keep you on track, focus on practice, provide a thorough description of techniques, skills, and instructor support. We work closely with our students to ensure they have an opportunity to learn at their own pace. To be successful at martial arts, it takes both time and guidance. What sets us apart from the competition? We’re willing to give our clients individualized lessons that are focused on their strongest set of skills.
