Kuk Sool Won™ of Palmdale is a martial arts school for children, adults, and families. Kuk Sool is a comprehensive traditional martial arts system encompassing self-defense, joint locking techniques, weapons training, sparring, and meditation.
Kuk Sool Won™ is a systematic study of all of the traditional fighting arts, which together comprise the martial arts history of Korea. As a martial arts system, Kuk Sool Won™ is extremely well-organized; and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established Asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development and traditional weapons training. The following list includes some but by no means all, of the elements of Kuk Sool Won™.
In a world of uncertainty, more people are worried about their personal safety. Unfortunately, almost every day some form of criminal activity is making frontpage news. Crime is growing at a rate that’s unprecedented. Many people are left vulnerable to the theft of their personal property, bodily harm, or being an innocent bystander. Whatever you do to protect yourself, there’s never enough security. You can have a self-defense keychain, mace, and personal alarm, but what more do you need? Martial arts is a great form of self-defense and physical fitness to protect you from danger. Have you or someone you love been a victim of a crime recently? Do you work late hours? Would you like more safety precautions when you’re walking to your car in the parking lot or deck area of your job? It’s inherently a fact that we all want to protect ourselves from harm.

My children are both black belts in Kuk Sool Won....I never raise my voice....love and and work together. Kuk Sool Won has helped me to be a better father and a better person.
I became a state champion wrestler in Oklahoma, and wrestled at Oklahoma State, also collegiate state champion power lifting. Something like MMA could never appeal to me now. The most challenging and rewarding experience has been martial art; overcome my own ego. I don't want my kids to beat people up, or showing off. I want them to be better than that.
Kuk Sool Won is a traditional martial art, composed of all the traditional styles of Korean Martial art, Tribal, Temple, and Royal court...both hard and soft, joint lock, pressure point, beautiful weaponry, staff, spear, cane, fan, rope, archery, etc, ...extend your life, physical train, mental train, Ki train, dont drink, dont smoke, make a happy family....refine your spirit.
You get ten times the information at this school than you will receive elsewhere.

PSBN Antony Kinzell is a great guy! We love being able to get together and train with him... and, enjoy seeing him and his students at the local tournaments and So Cal Seminar every year!

If you're looking for a great workout, you should check this place out! I used to attend classes here back in HS (about 3 years ago) and I really learned a lot from the instructor. PSB Antony, the instructor, is a cool guy. He'll definitely make you work hard and sweat hard. I believe he is a third degree black belt. He encourages his student to compete in competitions and teaches that learning martial arts is not for violence, it's for self-defense. He just not teach the techniques, he actually explains how it could be applied in real life. Now, I really don't know anything about martial arts, since I'm not really a martial arts enthusiast, but this place could give you what you want and more.
Check it out, you won't regret it 🙂
